Plavist is open source. Self-host the stack, contribute features, or use the managed cloud when you want interviews that scale without losing the human plan.
Purpose
Plavist is an AI hiring platform where interviews create outcomes — coaching plans for candidates and consistent screens for teams — instead of another black-box reject pile.
Why Plavist exists
Most hiring tools either filter resumes or help candidates game ATS systems. Plavist treats every interview as a structured conversation that produces a clear plan for the candidate and a scalable, reviewable signal for the recruiter.
Open source + cloud
The client and server are MIT-licensed. You can run them yourself. The hosted cloud version funds the project — bug bounties, infrastructure, and sustained maintenance — so contributors get paid back for high-impact work.
Who should contribute
Engineers who care about fair hiring UX, AI interview quality, recruiter workflows, and rock-solid DX. Issues labeled good first issue are the best on-ramp.
